Radios were in working condition . Would give 5 stars but my only issue was the lack of actually cleaning them . Dirt and mud in areas of the buttons and behind knobs also in microphone port.

First time customer with Haloid. I ordered an XTL2500, the price was absolutely perfect. I make that statement because I could have purchased this unit elsewhere for much less, but the chances of getting a stolen unit, Frankenstein unit that may not even work properly or reputable. I know with Haloid I will receive exactly what is advertised and have peace of mind my purchase is justified. I already have some of the hardware for Motorola XTL units so when I ordered the 2500, I only ordered a brick to head cable and an extra power cable. Haloid reached out to me very quickly before they sent my order to make sure I didn’t forget other components they know I would need to program and install the unit. That is customer service you just do not get any longer. The shipment was on time, and was exactly what I ordered. The head had a few scratches on the screen, but that is expected with any used piece of equipment. I highly recommend Haloid and right after I send off this review, I will probably be making another order.

re: APX 7000 vhf/uhf1: Purchased radio for a great price. Came with everything needed to put it to work at the fire department the day it arrived. Well worth the price. Condition was upgraded and showed up looking like new. Very pleased with my whole experiance with Haloid. I will be a return customerr for sure.

Thanks for the rapid response and delivery. We are a small radio shop doing radio installation and transfers for existing equipment for the Commonwealth of PA. The power cables we ordered from you are no longer available from the original manufacturer and most times we need one to complete a radio re-install. We find many instances when the end user removed the radio from the old equipment they leave the power cable behind. Having some available stock as you supplied is invaluable. We will likely be a returning customer.

We needed a number of UHF HT1250 radios to replace high band units as we begin a transition from high band to UHF. Haloid allowed us to order exactly what we needed, a bright colored case, antenna, no battery. Our firefighters can easily distinguish UHF from the black high band units.

I found what I was looking for cheaper than any other website, shipping price was very reasonable, and my order arrived here earlier than the projected date. Will be doing business with Haloid again in the future.

The pager I ordered was shipped pretty fast. The price was good, the pager is in very good shape for being used, a few scratches from normal use and that is all.

Overall, we were satisfied with our order. However, we didn’t realize at the time of purchase that we would be paying for several add-ons (back battery cover, antenna, and batteries that were not brand new). Additionally, while most of the radios were in very good condition, one was not in "good" condition as expected. That said, shipping was quick, which we appreciated.
